Late-Stage Attrition

Late stage attrition is massively expensive - but that isn't the problem.
Late stage attrition wipes billions off a company's valuation - but that isn't the problem.
Late stage attrition means we spend years working on failing compounds; years not working on successful compounds.  And by working on the wrong thing we deny access to important cures. The opportunity costs are astronomical.
